Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: [insert date of publication]

This Policy explains cancellation, renewal, withdrawal, and refund rules for SiteLab subscriptions and agency services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Cancellation does not terminate the current paid 30-day subscription period.

2. Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid 30-day period.

You retain access to the features included in your plan during that period.

Cancellation does not delete your account, CVs, or vouchers.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days.

The applicable subscription price is charged to the selected payment method for each new billing period.

4. Statutory Consumer Withdrawal Right

Where applicable under Georgian consumer-protection law, consumers entering into a distance contract may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

This statutory withdrawal right is subject to the exceptions and conditions established by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy removes or limits a mandatory statutory right.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it takes precedence over SiteLab's commercial refund rules.

5. Immediate Performance and Express Request

SiteLab's subscription service may become available immediately after successful payment.

Where applicable law requires the consumer's express request or consent for the service to begin before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, that request or consent will be obtained through the checkout process.

The customer should understand that requesting immediate performance may affect the exercise of the statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Refunds for Subscriptions

Cancellation by itself does not automatically generate a refund for the current paid subscription period.

However, refunds may be available where:

  • applicable law requires a refund;
  • a valid statutory withdrawal right is exercised;
  • the customer was charged more than once for the same transaction;
  • the customer was charged incorrectly;
  • a payment or billing error occurred;
  • SiteLab approves an exceptional commercial refund.

Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over this Policy.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly.

Where the charge is confirmed to be erroneous, SiteLab will correct the error and refund the improperly charged amount where appropriate.

8. Failed Payments

If an automatic renewal payment fails, a three-day grace period applies.

During the grace period, payment may be retried and access may continue.

If payment is not successfully completed by the end of the grace period, paid subscription features become inactive.

Failed payment does not delete the user's account or saved content.

9. How to Request a Refund

Contact:

info@sitelab.ge

Include your account email address and information about the payment or transaction.

10. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed according to:

  • applicable law;
  • the circumstances of the transaction;
  • billing records;
  • the customer's subscription status;
  • this Policy.

Where a refund is legally required, SiteLab will process it accordingly.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Where applicable law establishes a specific refund deadline, that legal deadline applies.

12. Cancellation and Refund Are Separate

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.

It does not automatically request or create a refund.

A refund request should be submitted separately unless applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Agency Project Cancellations and Refunds

Agency projects are governed primarily by their individual project agreement.

The project agreement may define:

  • scope;
  • milestones;
  • payment schedule;
  • deposits;
  • cancellation terms;
  • refund terms;
  • delivery obligations.

Unless otherwise agreed, completed work and completed milestones may be chargeable.

Any deposit or advance payment is handled according to the applicable project agreement.

Nothing in an agency agreement removes mandatory legal rights.

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

Where a statutory right conflicts with this Policy, the statutory right prevails.
