1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sitelab.ge and the services available through SiteLab ("Services").
By accessing or using the website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who Operates SiteLab
SiteLab is a digital services brand operated by Individual Entrepreneur Archil Mamulashvili, based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
3. Our Services
SiteLab provides:
Digital tools
CV Maker — an online tool for creating and downloading professional CVs.
Voucher Maker — an online tool for creating digital vouchers with QR-based functionality.
Agency services
Agency services may include:
- Website Development;
- Website Redesign;
- E-commerce Development;
- SEO Optimization;
- Website Maintenance and Support;
- Performance Optimization;
- Domain and Hosting Setup;
- API Integration.
Agency projects are individually scoped and governed by project-specific agreements.
4. CV Maker
You may choose a template, register or log in, create and edit your CV, customize available design and color options, and preview your CV without a subscription.
Downloading or exporting a CV requires an active subscription that includes CV functionality.
5. Voucher Maker
You may choose a template, register or log in, create and edit your voucher, customize available design options, and preview your voucher without a subscription.
Downloading or exporting a voucher, and scanning or redeeming a voucher, require an active subscription that includes voucher functionality.
Voucher generation is subject to the limits of your subscription plan.
6. Account Registration
To save CVs or vouchers or subscribe to a paid plan, you must have an account with a valid email address and password.
Email verification is required for account activation.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact info@sitelab.ge.
8. Subscription Plans
There is no free subscription plan.
All prices are in Georgian Lari and apply to one 30-day billing period.
CV Plan — 9.90 GEL / exactly 30 days
- Unlimited CV generation and editing;
- available CV templates;
- available design and color customization;
- CV download/export.
Voucher Plan — 9.90 GEL / exactly 30 days
- Up to 20 voucher generations per 30-day period;
- voucher editing;
- available design customization;
- download/export;
- QR functionality;
- voucher scanning/redemption.
CV + Voucher Plan — 14.90 GEL / exactly 30 days
- Unlimited CV generation and editing;
- full CV functionality;
- up to 20 voucher generations per 30-day period;
- full voucher functionality;
- download/export;
- voucher scanning/redemption.
Business Plan — 19.90 GEL / exactly 30 days
- Unlimited CV generation;
- full CV functionality;
- up to 50 voucher generations per 30-day period;
- full voucher functionality;
- download/export;
- voucher scanning/redemption.
Unlimited Plan — 49.90 GEL / exactly 30 days
- Unlimited CV generation and editing;
- unlimited voucher generation;
- full CV and voucher functionality;
- download/export;
- voucher scanning/redemption.
9. 30-Day Billing Period
Each subscription period is exactly 30 days and is not based on the calendar month.
Subscriptions continue through successive 30-day periods until cancelled.
10. Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the displayed subscription price and authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for the initial subscription and subsequent renewals.
The subscription automatically renews every 30 days until cancelled.
11. Voucher Generation Limits
Voucher-generation limits apply to newly generated vouchers during each 30-day billing period.
Unused allowance does not carry over.
Voucher scanning and redemption do not consume the generation allowance.
12. Payment Failures
If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you and retry the payment.
A three-day grace period applies.
During the grace period, your access may continue while payment is retried.
If payment succeeds, the subscription continues.
If payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period, paid subscription features become inactive.
Your account and saved content are not deleted solely because of failed payment.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewal.
Cancellation does not terminate the current paid 30-day period early.
You retain access to the paid features until the end of the current paid period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
14. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
15. Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-priced plan where supported by the subscription system.
The applicable upgrade terms and billing treatment will be displayed during the upgrade process.
16. Downgrades
A downgrade may be scheduled to take effect at the beginning of the next 30-day billing period.
The current plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated during the downgrade process.
17. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes;
- use another person's personal information without appropriate authorization;
- attempt unauthorized access to SiteLab systems or another user's account;
- scrape or interfere with the website using automated methods;
- upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.
18. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create.
You grant SiteLab the limited permission necessary to store, process, reproduce, and technically handle your content solely to provide the requested Services.
19. Intellectual Property
The SiteLab website, software, design, templates, branding, and underlying technology belong to SiteLab or its licensors.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit SiteLab templates or software without authorization.
20. Voucher Issuer Responsibility
The person or business creating and issuing a voucher is responsible for the voucher's terms, validity, goods or services promised, and relationship with the voucher recipient.
SiteLab provides the technical tool and QR-based functionality but is not a party to the transaction between the issuer and recipient.
21. Agency Services
Agency projects are governed by separate project proposals or service agreements setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones, price, and payment terms.
Where a project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement governs that project.
22. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
23. Changes to Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
You may stop using the Services or request account closure by contacting us.
25. Third-Party Services
SiteLab relies on third-party providers for certain functions, including payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, email, and analytics.
SiteLab is not responsible for third-party failures outside its reasonable control.
26. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteLab will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for matters such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
SiteLab is not responsible for third-party services or for transactions between voucher issuers and voucher recipients where the relevant issue is outside SiteLab's reasonable control.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Effective Date will indicate when the current version became effective.
